| unexpected
a lot of things have happened in my life that i never planned on.
moving to taiwan, switching programs, relationships etc...
what's funny is that as i look back to everything, not one single moment of my life was without a purpose.
"In his heart a man plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps" (Proverbs 16:9)
i wonder what my next step will be, whether it's pain or pleasure, i know it's in His plan and i'm excited to find out.

| a pretty eventful month so far i would say...every weekend has been
jammed packed of fun stuff so far. this summer is looking better and
better!
the may 24 weekend my buddies from toronto and I took a road trip to
birch run outlets in michigan. what a drive. i didn't buy too much but
i got a showstopping wallet. you'll know what i mean when you see it or
when i show it off to you. sorry ernest for not visiting you.
this past weekend a few buddies from high school came up from nyc, conn
and illinois to visit me. I have a lot of visiting to do next year...i
guess i'll try my best to hit up chicago, boston, nyc (although i already did visit nyc and boston this year) and maybe conn
for archery oh yah baby! maybe head over to seattle for joey and jerry
if they're still there and make my way down to cali to visit niv and
them. it's kinda cool to have my buddies all over the place, free
boarding and things really don't change after not seeing each other for
a long time. good times. calvin, brian, jay came up on thursday,
crashed at my place in hamilton and then headed up to toronto with me
where i took them to karoke...found this really cheap place - 8 bucks
per person from 3pm-930pm PLUS two drinks...and it was clean too. not
too shabby.
then we went to chinese dumplings at metro. next day i took them down
to queen st with jenn and we ate dim sum in china town (which wasn't
the best but thanks for treating us guys) toronto 1 - nyc 0
the canadian culture then consummed my buddies as they went crazy in
the roots store and also shoppers drug mart buying as many canadian
candies as possible. idiots.
but it was fun. i'm glad i got to live internationally, to make friends
from all over the world whom i can now visit and have them show me
around with free room and board. It's great to be not confined to one
culture your whole life. i think if i lived in toronto my whole life,
i'd say it was my favourite city but after visiting and living in other
countries, toronto is pretty boring and sucks haha but come visit again
soon

| by popular demand of no one, i will update
i just finished 3 exams. my brain hurts so i may be a little
incoherent, not like it makes a difference with my english skillz yo.
not much has happened since i last updated. exams have started, i
haven't hit the gym in a while so i'm getting some rolls near the belly
area....mmm rolls, i wouldn't mind eating some sushi handrolls.
err...i'll update later when i actually have something substantial to
write about. i better get some comments for my effort...and leave me
eprops this time around, it's so sad that i can't even get real props
let alone electronic ones. the story of my life
